Zenoway was founded in 2024 by IIT and IIM alumni who spent five years operating large-scale logistics for Mahindra, Tata, and other major Indian enterprises — before deciding to build what the mid-market was missing.
Before Zenoway, our founding team spent five years inside some of India's largest companies — not as consultants, but as the people actually running the fleet. We managed employee transport for Mahindra & Mahindra's manufacturing and corporate campuses, overseeing 800+ vehicles across multiple locations and states. We ran route planning, driver compliance, shift coordination, and billing operations for Tata Group entities spanning NCR, Pune, and Bengaluru. And we did the same at other major Indian enterprises — developing logistics systems, optimising supply chain transport, and managing the full operational complexity of large corporate fleets.
We know what fleet management failures look like — not from a case study, but from fixing them at 2 AM. A driver who didn't show because no one tracked his licence expiry. A billing dispute that took three weeks because there was no GPS record. A woman waiting alone at 11 PM because the IVR call wasn't configured correctly. When we looked at what mid-size NCR companies were being offered — either over-engineered enterprise SaaS platforms that treated them as an afterthought, or local vendors with no technology and no accountability — we saw the same gap we'd experienced firsthand. There was no provider doing the right things for companies between 20 and 500 employees.
So in 2024, we built Zenoway. Not as a pivot or a SaaS experiment — but as the service we would have bought when we were on the other side of the table, managing transport for hundreds of employees and needing a vendor who actually understood what they were doing.
