Every safety protocol on this page is active by default on every Zenoway contract — none of it is an add-on, a premium tier, or something you need to ask for. And every protocol is backed by technology our founders built during five years of running real NCR fleets at Mahindra, Tata, and other enterprises.
We designed this specifically for the compliance obligations NCR companies carry — especially for women employees on late shifts and night duty. These weren't features added later. They were the first things we built.
When a female employee is dropped, the driver must submit a system-generated OTP within 5 minutes of the scheduled drop time. If no OTP is submitted, an automated alert fires simultaneously to your designated HR contact and our 24/7 ops team. The driver is called within 2 minutes. The incident is logged regardless of outcome — no exceptions, no override.
For all rides between 8 PM and 6 AM, automated IVR calls are placed to the employee at 30-minute intervals. The employee presses 1 to confirm safety. Non-response within 90 seconds triggers a multi-channel alert: SMS to the employee, WhatsApp to HR, and a follow-up call from our ops team. If the employee remains unreachable, we escalate to the emergency contact in your HR system.
Every employee ride generates a shareable live tracking link that is pushed proactively to the employee AND a designated HR contact before the trip begins — automatically, not on request. The HR manager can view any active trip in real time with no login, no app, and no technical setup. The link expires when the trip ends and the GPS log is archived.
If any vehicle deviates more than 500 metres from its approved GPS route, our system fires a triple alert — to the employee, to HR, and to our ops team — within 60 seconds of detection. The driver is simultaneously called by our ops line. Every deviation is logged with full GPS evidence including pre- and post-deviation route comparison.
Our compliance engine checks driver eligibility before every dispatch cycle. Any driver whose licence, fitness certificate, insurance, or commercial permit has expired is automatically blocked from being assigned to any trip. There is no manual override. No driver without a complete, current compliance record has ever been dispatched by Zenoway in our entire operating history.
A dedicated incident response number is staffed around the clock by trained personnel. All reported incidents are logged immediately with timestamp and GPS context, investigated with telemetry evidence, and responded to with a full written resolution report within 24 hours. We have zero open unresolved cases in our operating history. Zero exceptions.
Every client receives a monthly safety compliance report automatically — no request needed. The report covers safe drop summary, night duty IVR log, driver compliance status, any deviations and resolutions, and a full incident register. Formatted for HR audit files.
📄 Auto-generated monthly · HR audit readyGeneric map APIs don't understand Gurugram's Cyber City bottlenecks, Noida Expressway night patterns, or NH-48 morning windows. We do — because our founders operated fleets on these routes for five years at Mahindra and Tata before building Zenoway.
Built on 5+ years of real NCR fleet telemetry across DLF Cyber City, Noida Expressway, NH-48, Dwarka Expressway, and all major corporate corridors. Models time-of-day congestion, flyover availability, seasonal patterns, and known bottleneck windows. Outperforms Google Maps by 18–22% in actual on-time delivery. The same model our founders used managing Mahindra and Tata fleets — refined since 2019.
Every vehicle carries a hardwired GPS unit reporting position every 10 seconds. Telemetry is written to an immutable append-only log — it cannot be edited after the fact. This makes the GPS record the authoritative source for billing disputes and safety investigations. When a driver claims they drove a shorter route, or a safety event needs investigation, the GPS log is the final word. No ambiguity.
We chose WhatsApp over a proprietary app deliberately — because the bottleneck in transport adoption has never been functionality, it's been friction. Our pilots showed 97% adoption for the WhatsApp workflow, vs 40–60% for transport apps. Employees confirm attendance, track drivers, and report issues in an app they already open dozens of times a day. Zero adoption resistance, zero IT calls, instant readiness from Day 1.
The system automatically monitors expiry dates for driver licences, vehicle fitness certificates, commercial permits, and insurance across the entire fleet. Any certificate approaching expiry triggers a renewal reminder. Expiry on dispatch day triggers automatic ineligibility — the driver cannot be assigned until the certificate is renewed and re-uploaded. No manual monitoring required from anyone, ever.
Delhi-NCR has some of India's most dynamic fleet regulations. Our ops team monitors all of them and adjusts your fleet automatically when restrictions apply.
When Delhi's GRAP escalates to Level 3 or 4 and certain vehicle classes face restrictions, our ops team monitors AQI levels and CAQM orders in real time — automatically flagging affected vehicles for replacement before the restriction takes effect. No action needed from your team.
When Delhi enforces odd-even vehicle restrictions, our system automatically identifies affected registration plates in your fleet and substitutes compliant vehicles before the next dispatch cycle. Continuity maintained without your HR team needing to track or act on the restriction orders.
Delhi's EV transition roadmap will progressively restrict older vehicles in coming years. Zenoway maintains an EV-capable fleet segment and tracks the policy timeline — so your company can transition on schedule without a service gap, with full ESG reporting data on every EV trip.
Every safety protocol on this page activates automatically when you sign with Zenoway. Get a quote and we'll show you how it maps to your shift patterns and compliance requirements.
